So if Ghaul is just a cabal warlord who command the red legion, do you guys think we will meet the cabal that rule them all?

According to Bungie, Ghaul [b]IS[/b] the New Cabal Emperor. He ( along with his Mentor/Advisor) led a coup against the former Emperor and removed him from power.

They never said anything about him taking the throne, nor do they refer to him as an Emperor anywhere. They said his title is Dominus.

It's Ghaul. He overthrew the emperor with the Consul's help.

The Consul is probably the emperor.

I guess i missed it but in his intro, It sounds like the red legion is just one of many legions that the cabal have. Ghaul was in command of that.

He's both. He's the Cabal emperor, but also directly oversees the Red Legion.
