Roman numeral "III" can be translated to "3" though... So what if it were just a translation error???

I suppose that's possible. That's like putting a game called "Civita Mortem" on a list for things that have "Death" in their title though.

It could happen. Though with Dark Souls III people usually pronounce it "Dark Souls Three" so it does indeed have a three in the title.
