I haven't popped back into D1 to check, but my impression was that the Fallen look more...beat up. They look like their gear is scavenged, their armor less pristine, and I like it.
The changes to their behavior, such as the crawling, are nice as well.
All in all, the Fallen were one of the more pleasant surprises of the Beta.

I have a theory that the Fallen on Nessus are actually from the past. Nessus is a vex planetoid correct? It may be able to time travel like other vex constructs.

That is entirely possible, and even a cooler thought than the past. It could be uldren's destroyed fallen army then you know?

They could have been stranded on that planet.

How long until they run out of ether, or die out from old age? They have skiffs, so I don't see why interplanetary travel isn't in play
