Pls no I've been using The deathstalker and I've gone on too many 15 kill streaks. They would be OP if they got buffed.
But scout rifles need buffed. The slower firing one only does 37 damage to the body at close range, not to mention the bloom on it makes half of your bullets miss even if you hit them square in the chest.

What system do you play on? And maybe you're good at finishing people off and have good teammates to team kill.

I play on Xbox, and I don't have a fancy scuff or elite controller. Just 10 sensitivity, bumper jumper. But also another thing is you have to use what the gun has. The deathstalker has a perk that increases stability after firing for a bit, so you start shooting before you see someone and by the time you or they come around a corner, you can just land all headshots because the stability is amazing.
