What resolution is your monitor? Also, what is the refresh rate of your monitor?

1080p and it is 5 or 2 ms refresh rate.

What's the max frame rate it can support? I'm assuming 60.

I'm not sure. I have a few monitors saved too.

They're probably 60hz then. I posted a list of parts that would do wonders at 1080p 60fps on high settings.

Hz is the maximum amount of images it can display in a second. 60hz can display 60 images in one second, or 60 frames in one second, meaning it can display a max of 60fps. The ms timing is response time. That's how fast the image goes from your computer, to your monitor, and gets displayed on the screen. As long as it's under 10ms, you won't notice a difference.
