I have not yet tried - so got a question: do ppl have max gear to boost their stats for faster regen? - killing enemies used to boost super just slightly - is that still working??

none of the gear you'll recive has any way to boost the recharge times of Melee ( seem to take abiout 2 minutes to refill) grenades( try around 3 minutes) , or supers.( around 6-7 miutes)

But we also have gear mods and have no idea what they do. At least all the abilities charge at the same rate across all classes.

Intellect, disciple and strength in gear are no longer a thing in D2.
