They are [i][b]all[/b][/i] borrowing ideas from each other, from their PC counterparts and from their predecessors. They aren't 100% original ideas.

Or CoD or Division, yes many shooters use the mod idea, I figured as much when everybody started freaking out after the announcement about Same Roll on all Guns by Bungie. They probably wanted it to be a surprise and that's why they didn't announce it.
