You should be able to choose between:
Shoulder charge that OHKs but takes melee cooldown
Or shoulder charge that doesn't do damage but is simply for movement (no melee charge required)

No we're done with ohko abilities, it's too casual.

In my opinion a PVP shoulder charge that OHKs would be broken. There aren't shotguns/TLW/fusions to counter it.

TLW is not a viable counter to shoulder charges.
