Agent 47. Lethal with knives, scissors, screwdrivers, axes, cleavers, pistols, shotguns, rifles, SMG's, pillows, poisons, bare hands, and the occasional entertaining accident. Nothing I eat is safe, nowhere I go is safe, nothing I do is safe, and if I'm going to hire a force of bodyguards, I better know them all.
My only protection is that 47 insists on not getting implants, a rug, or tattoo removal. I mean, kind of dumb, right? His job is anonymity, and he has a distinctive tattoo on the back of his head. Kind of a "WTF" moment, right?

I never understood that either. How are you supposed to blend in when you have a tattoo that identifies you. And it's not like it's an obscure one that's out of sight. Nope, that bar code is right out in the open!

Smartest thing to do would be to just wear a toupee. Considering how much he spends on designer suits and custom M1911 pistols, a decent rug shouldn't be a problem for him. Or better yet, several wigs, different colors and lengths.

It would be but I don't think it's his style. I think he's more of a zero fūcks given type.

You've watched the movies too much. The "Mass Murderer" missions that those seem to like are the antithesis of 47 at his best. A perfect Silent Assassin mission involves 47's presence being completely unnoticed, and only the target dying. Eliminating or covering the tattoo would only help that.
