Did you get to feel the texture of its skin when if touched you? Do you remember what it felt like?

Considering it's in water it interferes with its ACTUALLY texture. It just felt heavy, slightly rigid, and smooth. I thought it was going to bite me. It was so close man.

Generally speaking a shark feels like sandpaper if you were to touch one in water... But I understand that it probably happened really quick, and it was a while ago Its likely that it was just curious about you. You did the smart thing by not panicking, you may have set it off otherwise lol

Actually, the texture of the skin is different depending on how you touch it. A sharks scales are vastly different compared to most other fish. Their scales, unlike most fish, are adapted heavily for constant mobility in water and for lightning fast speeds. When you stroke a shark from about to tail, it's very smooth. When you stroke from tail to about, that's when it feels like sandpaper.

Sandpaper... eh, don't like that. But yeah, I wasn't planning on smacking it. I'm not Rambo lol. But that shit was most certainly a shark. I don't care to much about the ocean anymore. Also, that was probably the rigid-part I felt. A.K.A. - Sandpaper.
