Wow someone needs to go back to weapons school your auto rifle sucks. If want a real auto rifle here is a example
Rate of fire: 700 - 900 ( based on a colt m4 carbine )
Impact: 30
Range: 50
Stability: 85
Re-loading: 90
Magazine: 30
The rest of the perks you can choose your self.

I'm basing it off in game stats, what are you on about? Autos at max fire rate in game have a stat of 100 with an rpm around 900-1000.

Also, an M4? That's about as boring as it gets, we're talking about advanced weapons from the future, with the auto rifle in question shooting sticky bullets at a ridiculous speed. Try harder.
