Nevermind, I see from other's responses that I need to finish it as the weekly raid for it to be 390. Doh! Also, I can't start it in Heroic 380 mode myself even though I already beat it, it still only shows me the 370 option.

Hello, You will need to beat the 370 version first to unlock the 380 version of Wrath of the Machine.
