The problem I have with D2 opinions is that people are acting like a video game should feel like a full time job. A lot of content is something Bungie has already said will be there. I agree that there should be a challenge but in every aspect? I already put enough hours in a full time job. Our escape shouldn't be a second job. It's a video game. The problem is that these "creators" are too lazy to make their own challenges. My favorite YouTube publishers don't have many subs and actually create their own challenges. I can't respect someone who expects their content to be handed to them. Proof is easy. Everyone posts the same damn video. Covering the same crap then complains when they're "dried up". Create something then! Sorry if this has nothing to do with the video. Didn't watch it. I can deduce it's a rant though. I don't feel sorry for these guys. I feel bad small time guys who put 4 tines as much thought into a video and only get 1,000 subs.

  • Well ill just say that Datto (who is the one that made this video you didnt watch) IS one of the few big YouTubers that enjoy making their own challenges within the game. He is famous for them actually, specifically his Raid challenges. Granted he hasnt done many of them in a while but his reason for that is that he hasnt been able to come up with an interesting enough challenge to complete that isnt "Kill Raid Boss with this particular weapon" Just thought i should mention that

  • That's cool. I wasn't calling anyone out by name. I'm simply stating what I've witnessed from a large majority of them. Most of them have created one unique thing that has brought them subs. Once they got the subs, they stopped thinking outside the box. YouTube "creators" make up for less than one percent of Destiny's population. They're pretty much asking for a game to be developed around their needs. I have zero issue with the story being existent and having meaning. I have zero issue with working toward a more consistent PvP experience. I just don't think a video game should ever feel like a chore to play. Bungie provides the game and if they can't build off that, maybe it's time to move along. Maybe they need work a bit less demanding. Creating videos isn't easy but nobody asked them to quit their outside jobs to focus on it either. It's a choice they must live with and work with. Idk I was over this the second I posted a reply. My overall opinion stands. The more I see 15 videos by 15 different people on one topic, the more this stands. It's MY opinion. If you like these guys then that's good. Just don't get all upset if someone disagrees. I'm sure Datto is a good creator, I'm speaking about a majority not just one.

  • Thats cool. I wasnt saying you were calling him out or anything. I was just trying to point out that not all big YouTubers are lazy people that put out mediocre content constantly by pointing out that there are some big YouTubers out there that do exactly what you said in your original post, even if a majority dont do that.
