Correct me if I'm wrong I watch the footage a few times but didn't the hunter try to kill the Titan he fist of havoc to survive lowering the hunters Heath. Then the hunter went on to kill the other team mate then got killed by the same fist of havoc Titan. Meaning it was 2 fist of havoc to kill I could be wrong that's what it looked like to me

Actually the Hunter didn't attack the Titan at first. They did a dodge and moved on to the next guy before coming back to the Titan.
