I know, but this post is directed towards those who generalize the left. The ones who believe that the entire Democrat party is of a violent youth throwing tantrums and riots.

Then they're not very observant or are living in the "echo chamber" where everyone around them make these kind of claims. It goes the same way for moderate conservatives too. You'd think there was no such thing, if you don't support the ideology of the far left then you're alt right. I have a married gay libertarian friend who was accused of being alt right because he disagreed with someone about some sjw stuff. Absurd.
