Perk 1 and 3 yes, but in PvP you might opt for something other than Outlaw in the middle slot, I'm not sure what though (the perk tree sorta sucks on this gun, not going to lie). This may be the god roll for both PvE and PvP, that's how weak the perk selection is.

I have what I would (personally) consider a pve God roll with braced frame, perfect stability and full auto with target highlighting sights (which is great for my nightstalker whose abilities can limit visibility at times) I know full auto scouts aren't for everyone, but with maxxed stability they can be pretty awesome

But for this archetype (Hung Jury type), Full Auto is kinda wasted unless you have arthritis, just saying lol. Not hating just my opinion. The faster the rof, the better Full Auto becomes. The VoC archetype just doesn't need Full Auto imo. The DIS absolute does.

I have the 47 with the same roll. Just picked it up this week. You're right, the 43 doesn't benefit as much from full auto compared to the higher RoF scouts, but it can be nice to have. It's more a personal preference than anything
