I still don't understand why people destroyed the town though. I know Chloe's your best friend and all, but it's one life to trade for many.

On mine it said the majority sacrificed Chloe when I beat it last week

Logical in real life perhaps, but Chloe meant more to me in the game than the rest of the town combined. I didn't want to see her die again. The first time was bad enough. So I made the selfish decision and spared myself the anguish.

Feelings should have nothing to do with it, it's a simple matter of numbers, the town wins no contest.

What's more important to you: 100 ants, or one dog? If your house was on fire, would you rescue your dog, or your ant farm? Point being, the greater number doesn't always have the greater value.

That analogy is meaningless, the real one should be 100 dogs vs 1 dog. Everyone being affected is a human and no life is worth more than another.

I didn't want to see Chloe die, so I took the easy way out, even though it didn't really make sense from a realistic perspective.

Meaningless? Did just say -blam!- everyone else during your play through? That storm kills Warren, Kate, Chloe's mom, and every other person you met in the game. Sure not all of them are good people, but they are still people.

They aren't actually, they're characters in a video game, and collectively they meant less to me than Chloe. Not to mention whatever happened to them wasn't happening right in front of me. I didn't have to watch them all die like you do with Chloe.

But by that logic, Chloe is just as meaningless as the rest of them which still gives the town the advantage. Plus it's not like you haven't already seen Chloe die multiple times, and it's not even in a new way.
