I'm not sure I understood the last part of your statement there. I do know very well how to use Plan C. But I tend to run it like a regular fusion once in a while

No no man read it's perk as soon as you equip it the charge rate is faster I mean super fast. Have primary equipped if you rushing towards someone swap weapons and hp fire you will out gun any sa or sg it's a beast.

I'm well aware of how good it is. It's one of my favorite weapons. But it can also be used to absolutely wreck people like a normal fusion rifle. Also the perk does not guarantee to proc every time you swap to it. I've gotten a pretty good list of kills against shotgun rushers and shoulder charging titans with the Plan C perk
