Can't really be banned for using something that is officially licensed by the console maker. Sony has an officially licensed m&kb. So, it sounds like Sony has no issues with people using m&kb. Btw, using a m&kb doesn't do any of the things listed in the Restrictions and Banning policies. If it did, then quite a few streamers and youtubers would probably be banned or restricted.
