If anyone wants a tier 12 ghost shell I know Vog and ce shells always drop with 100% stats. I'm almost positive of this unless I am so lucky to where 3 of 3 have all just happened to be 100%, which I highly doubt.

Yes sir they are always 100% I've got on each character, I love the look of both those shells

My understanding is that the "dread explorer shell" that drops in Archon's forge is always a 100% as well. Potentially quicker and easier than running a raid.

Dread explorer was a quest item in TTK not in archons forge, but your right it is 100% rolled. I believe it's fixed INT/DIS as well

Yeah, mine's int/dis. Damn.....would have bet my house on it being from archons forge.....good job I didn't make that bet. :D

Yeah I'm pretty sure the VoG and CE ghosts always drop with a 100% stat roll. KF and WotM don't though.

The two Templar shells I have are 100% too. Never realised that.
