I'm inclined to agree, but this is for the people who [i]do[/i] care about tier 12. Honestly, with how sparse content is at the moment, I might start putting together a tier 12 build as well.

I got nothing to grind for right now so im gonna try getting a couple tier 12 builds. My warlocks looked to good for to long, ill stop making everyone jealous

I have several tier 12 builds,but I never run them because I'd rather have tier 11 with no sprint cooldown.
