Things we know/I'm almost certain -Light Lv is still a thing -Base Lv cap is still unknown -All supers gonna be roaming supers -(not confirmed) SunBreaker, Storm caller and Night Stalker are coming back -(not confirmed) the first raid is in the tower -Abilities and perks are being streamlined Now my thoughts D2 is exactly what I'm expecting the same game that I enjoy but improved upon. Now regarding the "re-skin" comment is basically said by trolls I'm expecting to see Hive, Fallen, Vex and Cabals in D2 and that what we saw but they were different and that is a good thing. Bungie's reveal stream showed us more than we expected and that was amazing but I do have my concerns. Dedicated servers and FPS and future "balance" -The Dedicated server thing have been addressed by Bungie in the latest news updates and I'm waiting for the beta to test it out. -The 30/60 FPS is too early to make judgment on (yes FPS is really important to me) but if the world is vast and full of things to interact with then I can forgive them on. -The future balance of the game is what scares me the most. It's obviously that the weapons new system was created to balance PVP (which is fine new game new system) but I really hope the nerf/buff are being separated from PVP and PvE. I'm all for balance but please don't let one mood decided the fate of the entire game. Good podcast as always Sols/RWG keep up the good work.

Though more streamlined, the classes definitely felt more developed and had more options in the moment in pve.
Now my thoughts D2 is exactly what I'm expecting the same game that I enjoy but improved upon.
That's exactly what we got out of our time with it.
Now regarding the "re-skin" comment is basically said by trolls I'm expecting to see Hive, Fallen, Vex and Cabals in D2 and that what we saw but they were different and that is a good thing.
The Cabal in particular were basically a new enemy from what we face now.
Bungie's reveal stream showed us more than we expected and that was amazing but I do have my concerns. The new system felt amazing to use.
Good podcast as always Sols keep up the good work.
and RWG 😊, thank you Ali

 • I never played halo.. anyone kno if halo pitted you against the same enemies.. would it be destiny if those we were fighting against suddenly vanished and a completely new foe emerged to combat us?

 • It's pretty much the same enemies in every single Halo game. They introduced a couple new enemies throughout the series, but you're still fighting the original ones in every game too

 • see so to me.. if I play a golf game or guitar hero or football game, its the same rules, the song, the same field etc just different outcome. why is having the same thing to do such a bad thing in so many eyes? yes we want more content but, on tiger woods you have 20 courses and thats it.. play against the computer or others but, that course isn't changing at all. I am glad we wil have basically the same enemies, sure maybe slight variations, new updated versions, like siva dregs etc. the same game but, newer, updated with better systems in place.

 • It's something unique I think to Destiny and for whatever reason people still hold onto this idea of what they thought it was going to be 4 years ago and can't accept that it's not that game and probably never will be. I think they expect a no man's sky size universe but with Destiny gameplay. It's not reality. It's not terrible for people to still want it to be that one day, but to forever shit on the game it actually is (in many cases as they still invest thousands of hours) isn't really healthy to the game or the community.
