Mate, a sidearm have a better ttk than any primary weapon. Headshots or not.

If you are paying attention to your radar and land your headshots like you are supposed to, the enemy won't get close enough to outgun you with a sidearm. If you are letting some guy at long range outgun your primary with a sidearm, that's a [b][u]you[/u][/b] problem, not a game problem. I treat sidearm users like shotgun rushers. After the matador era you'd think more people would know how to counter close range button-masher weapons, which is what sidearms are. Apparently not many people learned anything from that time lol. I'm no pvp God, but it's not difficult at all for me to outgun a sidearm with my Hopscotch. If you feel like sidearms are unbeatable by primaries no matter the situation, then adapt and use a sidearm yourself. Run the meta, that's what the majority in this community do. We can't just keep nerfing everything, at some point, people are going to need to learn how to shoot, in this shooter game.

Did you even read what i said. Of course you can outgun a sidearm, if you hang back and the sidearm user is stupid enough to stand in the open. I just said, that within its effective range, sidearms have the best time to kill. So just aiming for the head is not going to beat a sidearm.

You said nothing descriptive at all. Which is why I said what I said. Next time explain your reasoning and argument, it will help people understand what you're saying. Based on the 1 sentence that you wrote, it seemed as if you were saying sidearms no matter the situation have an advantage over any primary. Which is flat out wrong. Elaborate bud, it'll save you the trouble of being misunderstood and people thinking that you don't know what you're talking about lol.

He was simply saying how he didn't like that people were basically using sidearms as crutches, and acting as if they were scared to use primaries. He also said he liked the special ammo changes. I simply gave my opinion as to why this was happening, while also agreeing with op. I didn't need to mention anything more than that for my point to make sense. Sidearms are button mashers, and people who can't land their headshots tend to favor button mashers like sidearms and shotguns. That was my point. I didn't need to say anything else lol. We don't need to argue, we both know what sidearms are capable of, and what they aren't. And because of this, I find it wrong to tell the guy, that landing headshots is a way to beat them, when that is nowhere near the whole truth. (So much better with a keyboard than a phone) But you are absolutely right, a lot of people use sidearms as the old shotguns, which makes the counterplay more than just landing headshots. It's about range, awareness and backpaddle. Which you mentioned after i called you out.
