You mean the same people who lied, claiming that house of wolves had a raid?

I mean, originally, HoW did have a raid, the glitch from Year 1 had a reef raid that was supposedly supposed to be the Fallen Raid. It was center of the screen there too, so they made it seem big, then they changed it.

Originally, yes. But that idea was scrapped and never made public.

Hmm where do you get your information? I believe they did at one point state that both season pass DLCs would include a raid. I'm not 100% but I'm almost positive. After the community went on about the "new raid" for the time in between bungie finally fessed up about two weeks before HoW dropped. I myself recall being quite angry.
