Lucky. He is the only person on my mute list, he was so spammy that there was a time where a quarter of the offtopic posts I could see were him spamming stupid questions or "LOL SUCH FUNNY B8" posts

I didn't either, but when many users were talking about how he's 12 and spreading rumors, that's when he became something on #Offtopic.
