How often do you guys raid and how strong of a raid team do you guys create? I only ask because I don't want to join and leave I'd it's not a good fit.

We usually raid multiple times a week, but we don't do it off a schedule, we raid when there is a demand to run a raid. Many of our member are very well versed in all the raids with 100s of completions, but some are newer and less experienced.
