Skeptical. Feels to me like we're going full-on Vanilla Destiny 1 again and falling into the same pitfalls of D1.
4 planets, skeleton set of strikes + crucible maps, skeleton set of subclasses, skeleton set of weapons and exotics, 1 raid, 30 FPS. Which game am I describing? D1 or D2?
They're selling us a bare-bones game again, and they will sell us the other pieces of a finished game at a later date for more cash.

Precisely.

exactly. Couldn't've said it better. I agree 110%. I feel it will be the same launch as D1. They're getting everyone hyped up for another shortcoming

Edited by BFGesus: 5/19/2017 1:19:40 PMYou know what's even funnier? People paying $250 for the collector's edition. I guess people don't have a problem being spoon-fed the same shit again at over 4 times the base price.

You got it!

...exactly... and why is all my D1 loot disappearing? Honestly, Luke Smith comes across like a "clown"

You're 100% right. And the reason they'll do it that way is because it worked so well the first time. 3 years and they're still making money off it, its a successful recipe, why not do it again.

At this point doesn't most games kinda do the same thing? COD gives you a short campaign and the same mp, then sells you old maps and gun skins? Or GOW4? I think they are just following the trend. Not saying it's right or fair to their fan base.

Old maps guns skins in GOW4 are free. Your former game is obvious based on who is behind it
