I learned that Kairos means Time Bender from playing DragonVale Ah, DragonVale. Good times. At least until everything in the game was a way to take your money, that is.

It is true, it also means Controller of Time. Kairos, in terms of Greek, means time bender or contoller of time. :)

I've heard of kairos before, but I've never heard it referring to "bending time".

I completely understand where you're coming :) The word Kairos has been used in many other places but they didn't enforce the meaning behind it. Others would use the word Kairos but shorten it to Karos or Koros, which belittles it's meaning. :)
