Handcannon is better? I just thought it killed in less shots. Maybe Im wrong

  • It kills in less shots at roughly the same range with lower headshot accuracy required and with a higher time-to-kill.

  • I mean these aren't even a dispute. They are different weapons for different players and strategies. Auto Rifle = This is for a well rounded mid range player. Flexible on uses you can lay down suppression fire to push or hold ground. Best used in combination with other players or weapons (Throw grenade and come out spraying for example). Weak against close range and long distance attacks. Handcannons = This is for a quick and skilled hand. Made to help overpower and kill with speed and efficiency. Its larger rounds are ment to get the drop on targets and finish them quick. Best with a player that can engage and withdraw efficiently. Weak when used by a stand and fight player. Autorifles will shread a person using a handcannon in stationery or pridictable battles. Will also win majority of engagements when the HC user is not a good shot. Handcannons on the other hand will win majority of engagements where they get the first shot. They also need to avoid constant fire to aim and fire. High rof autos with clear line of sight will usually win a fair exchange. This HC does 90+ a headshot but Im at red after every exchange. It was the time I took to get the head that saved me. And the other person shooting me didnt hit theirs.

I got too close and wasn't getting the jump on people.
