Liam in Mass Effect: Andromeda, worst teammate ever?
Recently I finished Liam's loyalty mission in Mass Effect: Andromeda, and no spoilers, the dude is utterly and completely incompetent. He also dies all the time if you pick him as a part of your fire team. If there was some way I could kill him off like I did Kaidan in Mass Effect 1, I would do it.

1 ReplyHey, let's not be reckless and compare him to Kaiden. No one is that bad. But yeah, Liam kinda sucks. He's a total dipshit, and unqualified to be in the position he's in. I would recommend him to be returned to cryostasis if possible.

Ashley from RE4 will forever be the worst. Except for maybe Natalia from Goldeneye for N64.

I'd still say Jacob was worse. Don't get me wrong, every companion's sorry in all 4 ME games are all well fleshed-out and I like them a lot. It's just that Jacob is somewhat more boring (and thus worse) than Liam's incompetence.

Honestly he's pretty good. Somewhere in the middle. He's a cool guy, easy to get along with, but also has his flaws that he can't over one on his own because that's just how he is. Rather enjoyable honestly. Imo he's the worst companion in andromeda but even then that's a step above some previous companions. I would but jacob, James and kaidan below him without a doubt. Maybe even ashley and morynth as well. Not bad but Not all that strong either. For his first game though, it's enough.

1 ReplyI completely agree. The most irritating part about that is he spends more time berating every other squad member you chose than shooting enemies. Dude is an asshole and a bad shot.

In terms of dialogue he's one of my favorites. I also don't have any combat issues with him. Too bad his abilities are trash.

She just seemed cringey. Other then that just vetra. Her personality bored me. I never relied on my comrades combat wise at all in the original trilogy nor this one so no comment there
