Sorry to hear about Aerikx's loss. Thanks for stepping in, Kroppin.
I have some rolls and would like to get your thoughts on viability for PVE.
Judith-D
Roll 1
Truesight/Steadyhand
Last Resort
Rangefinder
Speed Reload/Exp.Rounds/Oiled Frame
Roll 2
Truesight/Sureshot
Triple Tap
Outlaw
Speed Reload/HCR/Smallbore
Roll 3
Truesight/Sureshot
Army of One
Range Finder
Speed Reload/HCR/Reinforced Barrel
Roll 3 looks pretty good with two range perks and AoO. Might even be better than the one I picked up last week (Danger Close, Feeding Frenzy and Reinforced).
ARI-41
Roll 1
SLO12/SPO28/SPO57
Fitted Stock/Oiled Frame
Lightweight/Injection Mold
Glass Half Full
Roll 2
SLO12/SPO28/SPO57
Perfect Balance/Casket Mag
Single Point Sling/Rifled Barrel
Rodeo
Roll 3
SLO12/SPO28/SRO37
Hammer Forged/Oiled Frame
Speed Reload/Smallbore
Hip Fire
I've no idea what a good roll looks like on this weapon. It seems to lack range, so maybe roll 2 with Rifled Barrel for range and Perfect Balance and Rodeo for stability. Probably all a bit 'meh', but I've no clue - could be a God Roll for all I know lol.

Roll 2 is very good. I would prefer more accuracy (via Hammer Forged or Persistence), but it's gonna be pretty good with all of that stability. Honestly, Rifled Barrel is about the absolute best perk for this weapon that isn't Counterbalance or High Cal, I just long for a little bit better reload speed to compensate for it's drawbacks. Overall, that is a very balanced roll, being useful in Crucible and fairly reliable in PvE.

They look pretty nice. The deal breaker between them I guess is the issue of range. Roll 2 has some great main perks with outlaw and TT. It lacks in the secondary perks though; they could all be better, but at the same time, they aren't completely useless. Roll 3 has some serious range with both rangefinder and reinforced. AoO is also a good perk. I'm kind of caught in between, but my absolute suggestion would be Roll 3. HCs have really poor range nowadays (Edit: I've got to put this in: I got that from Aerikx, lol). Plus, it looks like that could do well in PvP too (if you ever decide to bring it in there). Good range and stability, so that roll is decent all around for both PvE/P.

Thanks, Kropp. Hey - I'm getting quite good at this Armsday thing. Picked up Judith roll 3 and ARI roll 2. I'm not a massive fan of the low impact ARs, but I'm looking for something to replace my Zero Day Dilemma. It's a brilliant weapon (Crowd Control, Hand-Laid Stock, Counterbalance for good damage, stability and reload), but it's really ****ing ugly lol.

Save the ARI for Perfect Balance, Rifled Barrel and Counterbalance.

Edited by kroppin: 5/10/2017 10:30:39 PMNice. Now that I look at them again, this armsday was actually pretty good for those weapons. I completely agree about that ZDD being brilliant - that roll looks beautiful. But I also agree with you that it's ugly, lmao. That's one of the reasons why I'm not that big of a fan* of y3 vendor weapons.
