That have no reason to ally with us dear, they want the traveller, why help us get it back? They are more likely to attack us when we are week. But it seems to be up to Uldren now

Also: Very weak, and almost scattered - they could use our help. Variks - a fallen on our side? Already happened. And his role could easily unite others. SIVA - we're already using some of their technology. Last but not least - it's simply beneficial to both of us. There is no way Eliksni can win alone - they almost have to join with us.

We can easily use him as a way to get the fallen on our side.

I'd argue after TTK his outward hostility has probably changed to ambivalence. Oryx "killed" his sister and then we killed Oryx.

For Uldren, Oryx killed his sister because of us. She involved herself in Guardian affairs.

The alternative would have been to let Crota destroy all the worlds in the Solar System, we never really had a choice but to kill him for survival.

That is a Guardian matter, not a Reef matter. To Uldren, Mara died because of a Guardian war, not a Reef war. If not for the Guardians, his sister would still be alive.

We don't know how he viewed the Taken War, but the destruction of the Reef and possible new territory for the Queen seems like a pretty large issue for the Reef.

We can make a pretty good guess about his view, considering he doesn't like Guardians. That her involvement in our affairs led to her death really isn't going to convince him to form an alliance with the Vanguard. Instead of seeking out his own people or even Guardians, he has instead looked to take over the Fallen. He's not doing that so that he can help the very people that lead to his sister's death.

At the very least, he's consolidating power to rebuild the Reef or use the Fallen to fight any Cabal who come to the Reef. Her power and influence has lasted beyond her "death." Also, every other guardian in the Destiny 2 reveal trailer have the Queen's sigil worn prominently on their armor.

We really don't know the Queen's goal, but Bungie has already said that when she returns she will be more like how they originally envisioned her - as a true pirate Queen. She is serving a power we know nothing about, for goals we can not guess at.

Possible to base off alliance upon likeness for the Traveler. That and the nobility of the Reef, despite how much of an ass Uldren is. The Fallen don't want the Traveler to die or get damaged, nor do we.

True, but they are more likely to kill us when we are week and then continue the fight against the Cabal. They are no worse off fighting us or fighting them dear.
