If it was a mainstream retailer sure but I bought it from someone who didn't know if the codes had been used. I'm trying to find out how I can buy them now.

There is no way to buy TBD, HoW and TTK other than buying a new copy of Destiny the Collection. At this time only RoI is sold separate.
