Just a guess but what if Nokris was like Malok, but he came from Oryx instead?

It is a possibility. If so, that would mean Nokris is off somewhere siphoning one of the tithes of Oryx's sisters. Most likely Savathûn, since Oryx said he poisoned her tithe and crippled Xivu's
