I read the BoS and don't remember mention of Nokris though that was a while ago when I read them. I'm not a lore expert or anything but I don't remember hearing this name at all until I stumbled on this thread just now.
Where all is this creature mentioned and where is this statue?
Been playing since Y1 and never heard about any of this.

Nokris is mentioned nowhere in the Books of Sorrow or any other grimoire. The only place Nokris is mentioned is in the statue scan in front of the Final room in Regicide where you fight Oryx. After passing over the bridge that crosses the chasm to the platform with three trails of gas-like stuff flowing upwards, you will find three statues. Two of the statues are outside the entrance to the dark hallway, the one on the right being Crota and the one on the left being someone called Nokris You can scan these statues with your Ghost
