Did you go from level 1 to 2, or level 2 to 3? If so, you don't get anything. 3 to 4 and onwards you should.

From 37-38 38-39 , not a noobie here...only retired. Came back before D2 cames out.

You had not mentioned what levels you were going to. I had seen reports of this in the past where folk had went level one to level two and so forth, so I meant no offense. This might be a silly question, but did you collect the reward when you went from 37 to 38? If not, that could impact getting the reward for going 38 to 39. Welcome back.

I didnt mean to be rude, but im frustrated cause i payed 2years straight and collected always the packages after ranking up, and now came back ,did this double rank up and this happens...dayone player and didnt know this...i guess theres always things we dont know about...
