It's pretty much a Hawksaw. I have 2 I use frequently. Good to have 1 at least if you like pulse of course

Range stability stats are great and good crucible archtype in general

Same archetype as blind perdition/hawksaw/party favor. Can roll with... Perfect balance. Counterbalance. Rifled barrel. Very high stability. 50+% range. High RoF.
