What? I was simply asking if this was a joke post. These areas have been open for ages.

I'm sorry. Idk why I said that. But I do still remember the outside of the cosmodrome wall was locked off for the first year. Once again I'm sorry I honestly don't know why I said that.

I think that the outside of the Cosmodrome was opened during HoW for the Fallen targets. The other two have been open since the beta.
