I have an AR (Shadow Price) with Rodeo, Counter Balance and Perfect Balance.
The way it was explained to me is Rodeo and CB both reduce recoil. One reduces verticle and one horizontal. They seem to stack making the hit box smaller and more percise.

Perfect balance and counter balance work together, one for vertical one for horizontal

As I said in the post rodeo will not change your recoil pattern at all. I've done enough tests to know this for certain.

I am curious however what your results were for all weapon types? I would think it would be more noticeable on a hrof auto or pulse rifle.
