I think less than 10% of people are able to confidently tell you which direction is left and which is right without making L's with their hands or trying to ask Siri. Less than 0.01% can actually tell the difference between hacking and lagging. Naming and shaming is not allowed because morons in the past have started witch hunts against innocent players. These players have received death threats and have been spammed by abusive assholes that lack brain cells. The reason why companies themselves won't release names of known hackers/banned players is that they don't want to be accused of causing a loser to be murdered, abused, or stalked by an even bigger loser.
