It shows support for a foreign nation that endured a traumatic event but its on none of my characters. If everyone got it, I could care less none of this carries over to Destiny 2 so again who gives af?

You deem value for your emblem based on how "rare" it is. It isn't btw. So why do you care how OTHERS get it? You know how you got it, that's all that matters.
