What's the difference between their terms of service (which you agree to upon purchasing tickets) and any other entities ToS? I will 100% agree that the airport security personnel were waaaaay out of line. But from my understanding they aren't united employees.

The point is why can they even overbook? When a movie theater is full, they stop selling tickets. If United staff are supposed to have reserved seats on the flight why even sell those tickets? Yes, the security was out of line. And yes, the man could have just got up and walked off. And Rosa Parks could have easily just moved to the back of the bus.

First off this dude, and Rosa Parks are nothing alike. Let's just get that out of the way first. Secondly, I agree totally with the rest. But that's not the reality.
