This actually happened to me a few days back.
I have no mic, planning to buy one next week. I did both challenges with LFG players.
One guy says, "Watch this no mic -blam!- us all up, Im going to kick him if he does, I hate no mics."
I dont mess up, we get the raid done in 1 hour and 30 mins and the end he says, "Yo, I didnt mean it about the no mic shit, I actually like no mics, hey golden add me." I was laughing so hard.

My opinion is that the guy who creates the fire team should take the lead, the rest should just get on with what they have to do. That's exactly what I do, if I'm leader I make the strats if I'm not I listen and do. Unless we're wiping over and over then I'll suggest something

I usually come up with the tactics and strats and most of them are either crazy or genius

Most people under estimate no mics because they cant communicate and they feel like they are going to do bad because of that

Honestly communicating -blam!-s a lot of people because of how much they talk instead of focusing

Yeah, in all the raid groups instead of actually calling out things, they just make jokes, earrape people and other stuff.
