I tend to find that class is the preserve of the tryhard that looks to use the medic bag and superior infantry weapons to inflate their K/D, mainly on TDM or other non-vehicle modes. Especially if they combine said bag with a noob tube rather than defib / syringe.
Been that way since BC2.
