At this moment I will say no because Bungie does not have cross platforms yet. I will recommend wait and see if things are different since Destiny 2 is a new game

ya, I mean I assume since there wasn't a destiny 1 for PC that there would be some way to bring over either your Xbox, or PlayStation characters, but they haven't made it clear yet. I was hoping that someone from Bungie would see this and comment on it.

I would say YES because it'd be a big misplay for them not to. I mean, why tell the community to link your accounts if that link does virtually nothing.
