Unfortunately progress cannot be transferred between accounts.
Also note that rank 7 is required to complete the book - you do not need every node.

I want the emblem.

If you want to see your characters with that emblem, then, you'll need to log in on an Xbox, and that emblem will only be available to those Xbox characters. Sadly, you're out of luck on getting it transferred to your PS characters.
