This is a hardware issue with some ps4 slims (as people are having this issue with Destiny and, at least, 3-4 other games). So it's not a Bungie/Destiny issue. I would advise to contact your console support.

No problem. You check check/search reddit for more evidence to provide sony support if they want to say it's a game developer issue.
