Cave on moon is accessed near the compound under a rock looking like Trump's hair. The cave in the Cosmodrome can be found easiest by following the careful trail of spinmetal and chests found with the night stalker map. The boss that opens the moon cave must be fought by shooting his sections in the order of the Konami code. Is there any more instructions you need? The ceiling fan can be avoided by equipping khvostov (the non exotic version, get it at beginning of the game). It can be avoided with more difficulty without it.
