I don't like shotguns. I like to use my handcannon/autorifle and snipe.
In the shotgunmeta in 6vs6 most people just spawned->rushed with shotgun->got a kill-> died-> spawn->run->die->spawn->run->kill->die - you had a shotgun in your face every 15 seconds.
I hated that.
In the shotgunmeta in trials I could not get to the lighthouse, because everyone rushed with a shotgun.
Now after the shotgunmeta I can snipe again and go to the lighthouse every 2-3tickets.
That's why I like the patch.
I like my LDR, Longbow, 1kys, event horizon, but I also like Icebreaker, No Land Beyond and other primaries, so the special ammo draught is no problem for me. +in 6vs6 there is green ammo everywhere, so I still use those legendary snipers and other secondaries, like queenbreakers bow, pocket infinity
TL/DR: I don't like shotungs, I like the patch

Is that not why anyone would like anything? Because it caters to their wants/desires? Why would someone like something that did not cater to something they enjoy? Your statement lacks any critical thinking skills.

I enjoyed House of Wolves but certain parts of Rise of Iron I liked. Clever Dragon was the first Primary in a long time that met expectations. But instead of making TCD standard, they nerfed it... I understand people wanted Shotguns out of the meta, and I completely resonate with that. It is not the Shotgun nerfs that bother me, I haven't even considered talking about Shotguns as far as balancing them. I just don't want the entire experience watered down because of one archetype, and at this point we're making so many Legendary Specials obsolete just like in Year 2, because of 'Mapador' ? People say they want a Primary-focused game, well it won't happen when Primaries mean Weakness.

I have always loved shotguns/fusions since day 1 and I have to agree I like this patch too I see a lot of primary variety and actual gun fights

I'm no difference with using snipers - so I had a bad time during clever dragon/matador meta - now it is a bad time for the shotguns guys

It's not even that bad for shottys ammo everywhere in all playlists bar trials/elm like just try stay alive for more than a minute and boom 10/12 rounds I just don't get why people crying over it and sidearms are fun to if you wito use those
