Think about what I'm gonna do to get rid of the source of my stress? For instance. I have a viola lesson tomorrow, but I haven't practiced a single minute all last week. I have 4 hours to learn the third movement of J.C. Bach's Concerto in C Minor. What do I do? Well right now I'm going to sleep because that's my only option at this point and I recognize that. Stress is gone. But tomorrow, I'm planning. I'm going to run through every hard measure, and drill that shit until I can't feel my fingers. And if I fail I'll just tell him that next week is that State Standardized Test and I was busy studying.

Smart way to deal with it. I was thinking about something similar when I left my homework back home and decided to not even stress and just go on with the day and ask for an excuse for early timing the next day.
